The Naked Professors, life coach Ben Bidwell and broadcaster Matt Johnson, chat with writer, actor and musician Jordan Stephens for Mental Health Awareness Week
The Naked Professors have released the second podcast of a week-long programme of special episodes recorded at Podfest For Mental Health; a Happiful and Counselling Directory event which brought together readers, advocates and popular podcast programmes.
Jordan Stephens has written widely about mental health, hosts podcast Whole Truth and Music 4 Mental Health, which raises money for mental health and youth charities in the UK and Ireland.
Jordan took to the stage with co-hosts of chart-topping The Naked Professors podcast, Life Coach Ben Bidwell and broadcaster Matt Johnson to discuss thoughts on understanding emotional needs, male and female energies, strength and compassion. All three men shared experiences of mental health challenges in their lives to date.
