Life Coach, podcast host and meditation teacher Ben Bidwell is the latest guest on Happiful’s podcast I am. I have

Ben, known to many as The Naked Professor, is a life coach who speaks very openly about the need to present our whole selves to the world and allow ourselves to be vulnerable. He has gained a large following over the past few years, initially with his eye-catching photographs, capturing him in naked silhouette against iconic backdrops. Still, solitary and reflective.

Ben’s messages behind his images, are around stripping back, being more open with the world and striving to be vulnerable and authentic.

In his usual, honest and very real style (as demonstrated on his own podcast The Naked Professors, co-hosted with Matt Johnson) Ben shares his passions, thoughts and hopes with us on I am. I have, starting with why he is glad that he’s no longer the man he used to be.

Throughout the episode, Ben talks about the life challenges and sexual dysfunction that led him to start a conversation with a life coach, and resulted in him training to help others.

Ben discusses his introversion and how this may be at odds with people’s perceptions of him and his perceived ease with nakedness, how he enjoys the company of others who are willing to be vulnerable and is repelled by the concept of cool.

From societal expectations on men, to mental health in schools, learning about fulfillment and happiness and how to be proud of yourself, Ben bares his soul on this episode of I am. I have.
