The What I Wish I Had Known podcast team will record a special live episode about maternal mental health at Podfest For Mental Health on Saturday 30 March at Kings Place, London
What I Wish I Had Known is a podcast by friends Jess, Lauren and Jo who describe the pod as ‘three thirty-somethings talking about life events, the ups and downs, and what we wish we’d known and would like to pass on to others.’
All three believe that when women share their stories honestly and openly, real change begins to happen. They have already tackled a multitude of subjects including survival and strength, therapy, 'sexy' and self-care.
Jess, Lauren and Jo will take to the stage during Podfest For Mental Health to deliver a frank, sometimes funny and fearless take on maternal mental health, their experiences of motherhood and the ways in which they have found - and given others - support.
