Happiful and Counselling Directory’s week-long programme of mental health podcasts culminates with I am. I have - The Panel, released today.
Mental health advocate, vlogger and writer Grace Victory, Mentally Yours co-host and journalist Yvette Caster, Chief Executive of the Mental Health Foundation Mark Rowland, and actor and producer April Kelley shared their own experiences, including living with bipolar disorder, representations of bisexuality, the importance of talking, the impact of suicide and personal growth.

This special panel podcast closed the conversation by discussing the changes they want to see in the world and how we can collectively make it easier for others to open up about mental health and get the help they need.

The Podfest For Mental Health programme was recorded at King’s Place in London on 30 March. It was organised and hosted by Happiful and Counselling Directory and produced by Fresh Air Production team Neil Cowling and Annie Day.
All ticket proceeds were donated to the Mental Health Foundation. Happiful would like to thank everyone who spoke, supported and attended on the day and who has shared and listened this week.
